迪派斯智能機(jī)器有限公司機(jī)床床身利用有限元素分析法（FEA）進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，整體按照45度加強(qiáng)筋分布設(shè)計(jì)，采用增加特殊孕育劑的米漢納鑄鐵鑄造而成，吸震及減震性能更優(yōu)，保證機(jī)床產(chǎn)品拉伸強(qiáng)度均達(dá)到HT300以上，床身加工前后，我們對其進(jìn)行兩次退火處理，使機(jī)床產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定性更好。在數(shù)控機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)上我們采用自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)優(yōu)勢，優(yōu)化鑄造出床身、絲桿軸承座、水箱一體的床身，保證機(jī)床穩(wěn)定、高剛性、耐用性，我公司機(jī)床床身結(jié)構(gòu)在行業(yè)內(nèi)獲得國內(nèi)多項(xiàng)專利技術(shù)證書。
