迪派斯智能機器有限公司機床床身利用有限元素分析法（FEA）進行優化，整體按照45度加強筋分布設計，采用增加特殊孕育劑的米漢納鑄鐵鑄造而成，吸震及減震性能更優，保證機床產品拉伸強度均達到HT300以上，床身加工前后，我們對其進行兩次退火處理，使機床產品穩定性更好。在數控機床設計上我們采用自主知識產權優勢，優化鑄造出床身、絲桿軸承座、水箱一體的床身，保證機床穩定、高剛性、耐用性，我公司機床床身結構在行業內獲得國內多項專利技術證書。
